Routific’s Shopify integration allows users to import orders from their Shopify Store directly into Routific. The Shopify Integration replaces the need to upload a spreadsheet of stops or manually enter in stops.

How to setup the Shopify Integration

Go to Routific Shopify App listing and add the app to your Shopify Store. Follow the steps to create a free trial of Routific, or connect an existing account.

How to import orders from Shopify into Routific

Once you have connected your Routific account to your Shopify app, there are two ways to import orders to Routific:

a. Via your Shopify store's Orders screen

  • Select the orders you want to import into a Routific project
  • Click "More actions"
  • Click “Send to Routific”
  • Select the date and name of your Routific project
  • Click “Create project”

b. Via the Routific Shopify app screen

How to create a route in Routific

The previous step will redirect automatically to Routific with your orders pre-loaded. If it didn't, you can log in as follows:

Load a new project in Routific
  • Add drivers to your project (these will be saved for next time)
  • Optimize and dispatch your project!
