We understand your business may have fluctuating needs over time. When you need
to, you can change a) your pricing plan, or b) the number of vehicles on your subscription. All these changes are done by clicking "Edit Plan" in "My Account" in the bottom left corner of Routific's Dispatcher View.

a) How to Change Your Pricing Plan

If your business needs change and you need to change your subscription tier, you can do so in the app.

  1. Go to "My Account" in the bottom left corner of Routific's Dispatcher View.

  2. Click "Edit Plan".

  3. Select the plan you want to change to.

  4. Customize the number of vehicles you need (and add-ons, if applicable). Confirm the change when you're ready.

b) How to Add or Remove Vehicles from Your Subscription

Routific's pricing is based on how many vehicles you have subscribed. But, your fleet size might fluctuate day-to-day, depending on how many stops you need to visit or how many orders you need to fulfill. With Routific, you can always increase or decrease the number of vehicles on your subscription plan at a moment's notice.

  1. Go to "My Account" in the bottom left corner of your Routific's Dispatcher View.

  2. Click "Edit Plan".

  3. Change the number of vehicles you need.

  4. Confirm the changes when you're ready.

You won't be charged right away. Your next bill will be pro-rated. Meaning, you only pay for what you use, and you will only be charged for the days for which you've increased the number of drivers. Likewise, you can decrease the number of drivers at any time and your bill will be pro-rated, too.

So, if you only need to add more vehicles for 1 day, make sure you decrease your vehicle subscription after you're finished. That will ensure you're not charged for more than you use.
