For each stop, Routific's Mobile App gives the driver a Google Maps link to use for turn-by-turn directions.

Please note that Routific's software cannot be set up to avoid specific roads, so the route generated by the software assumes you can take toll roads, highways, and ferries.

However, what drivers can do is to set Google Maps up to avoid toll roads, highways, or ferries when navigating. This doesn't change the route Routific optimized for you, but it allows you to customize your directions from stop to stop.

Instructions for iPhones or iPads

  1. In Routific's mobile app, click the "Directions" button for the stop you're trying to navigate to. That should open the directions in Google Maps.
  2. Click the icon with the 3 dots in the top right corner, and choose "Route options" from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Route options, you can turn on any of the toggles to avoid highways, tolls, or ferries. If you'd like your Google Maps app to remember these options, make sure to turn on "Remember settings".

Instructions for Android Phones
