There are 2 ways to get updated ETAs.
The dispatcher can track a driver's progress and receive updated ETAs via Routific's Live Tracking dashboard, which looks like this:

Driver Mobile App
The driver can see his updated ETAs on his/her phone using Routific's mobile app.
In this case, the driver can see that he or she is going to be late.
Under the 'Stop List', we see the driver's original ETA and the current ETA, highlighted in red.
We can also see his customer's availability. Tina will be home from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is her delivery time window.
Likewise, a driver can also see when he or she is running ahead of schedule. In this case, the driver is going to arrive before the original scheduled ETA. The early ETA doesn't conflict with the delivery time window of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
