You can manually adjust this by updating the Communicated Time Window. The update will be reflected in the email template by using the variable {eta_window}.

Updated ETA - Trigger

This email is triggered if you republish your routes and the delivery won’t be made within the originally communicated Planned ETA Time Window.

Out for Delivery - Trigger

As soon as your driver marks a delivery as complete in the Driver App, an email is sent to the next customer that falls within your Time Window.

For example, if you have set your Time Window to 30min, as soon as your driver marks a stop complete in the Driver App, the Out for Delivery email with automatically be sent to any customer that falls within the 30min window with a real-time estimate of when the driver will arrive. This real time estimate is reflected in the email template by using the variable {minutes_away}.

Out for Delivery - Time Window

After Delivery - Trigger

Both the Completed Delivery and Skipped Delivery emails are triggered by your driver making an update in the Driver App. Depending on whether your driver marks a delivery as Complete or Skipped will trigger the respective email.
