If you have to make certain deliveries within a specific time frame, just add it in to the "time window" field to an individual stop in Routific, or in 2 columns in your spreadsheet.

These is also commonly referred to as "delivery windows" or "service times".

Note: Times must be entered using the 24-hour clock (also known as 'Military Time') format. So, for example, a time window of 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. is 14:00 to 17:00.

Currently, Routific only supports 1 time-window per stop.

Inside the Routific app, simply enter in your time windows in the stop details:

Alternatively, you can include 2 columns in your spreadsheet for the start and end of the time windows. In the below example, the columns are titled "From" and "To".
