Our goal is to help you work as efficiently as possible. With this in mind, we've included an easy way for you to see how efficient your routes and drivers are. In a quick overview, you can see the total utilization of your fleet right in your timeline.
Let's take a closer look:
Time shows how much time the driver spends working (ie. driving and visiting addresses) out of their total shift time.
Capacity shows how much of the vehicle's capacity is used for this route. Note that this column only shows up if you use the capacity and loads options.
