Managing Email Unsubscribes from Customer Notifications

Some of your customers may not wish to receive email notifications about the status of their delivery.

If you’ve chosen to use Email Customer Notifications, some of your customers may wish to unsubscribe. Customers can unsubscribe from receiving these emails in two ways:

  1. Reply to the delivery email requesting to be removed from your mailing list

    Customers' responses to email notifications are sent to the email you chose to use in the email notification settings.

    To comply with this request, you can simply remove the email from their Customer Profile or from their stop in your CSV import.

  2. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Automated Customer Notification email

    To comply with this request, Routific automatically blocks all email notifications from being sent to the respective email. You will see a note saying that this customer has unsubscribed either in their Customer Profile or in your list of stops, as seen below.

*If they have unsubscribed by accident or wish to be re-subscribed, the customer must contact support@routific.com to be added back.
