Please note that these analytics are only available if you have Routific's Live Tracking feature AND your drivers are using Routific's mobile app.

As your drivers update their delivery process with the mobile app, you'll be able to see notifications at the top-right of Routific's Dispatcher View where the bell icon is.

After the routes have been completed, you can access a report that gives you an overview of how well your drivers performed.

Click "Report" in the top right of Routific's Dispatcher View to open up a report of your routes in this project. 

You can print the report by clicking "Print Report" at the bottom.

If you want to download the report as a PDF, you have to click "Print Report" and change your printer settings in the Destination field in the pop-up window, like so: 

Some delivery companies want to be able to download a record of how the delivery routes were carried out.

After the routes have been completed, dispatchers can once again click 'Download Summary'.

You'll get 2 CSV files in the download:

1) Route solution: a list of stops for your route

2) Route summary: summary of your driver workload
