Cellular and data coverage can be spotty at times.
If your mobile phone is disconnected from the data network, the actions on the mobile app – confirming delivery or collecting signatures, for example – are stored on the phone and cached.
Once the mobile phone re-establishes a connection, that information will be pushed to Routific and the live dashboard will be updated at that time.
Using Google Maps Offline
It may be useful for you to download a map area to use offline. This way, even if you lose signal, you can still have access to Google Maps and navigation.
