Routific has two mobile apps for drivers: Routific Driver and Routific Driver Lite.
Both apps are free, and included in your monthly subscription at no extra charge.
Let's walk you through how to use each app below:
Dispatch Routes to Drivers' Phones via SMS
When a dispatcher publishes routes in the Routific's Dispatcher View, those routes are automatically dispatched to the drivers via SMS text message.
Whether you're using Routific Driver or Routific Driver Lite, your drivers will always receive their route via SMS text message.
Drivers open routes by clicking the link provided.
If you've opted into Routific Driver:
The routes will open automatically in the Routific Driver app installed on your mobile device. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, the link will redirect you to the App Store or the Google Play Store.
If you've opted into Routific Driver Lite:
The routes will open automatically in Routific Driver Lite. The app opens directly in your phone's web browser. No download is required.
